Hi neighbors. A couple items from your President and Treasurer.
1. A reminder. As of 11/15 the city of Madison, which includes PHF, is under winter street parking. This means you need to night time park on even date / even house number side and odd date / odd house number side based on midnight of each day. For more info see the city website. This is critical when we have night time snow so the streets can get adequately plowed before morning and thus allowing all to get to work safely. There have been issues in the past when the city has not plowed due to parking violations. In addition you can be ticketed for not following winter street parking rules. I have received complaints so sending this reminder.
2. Expect 2018 and 2019 budget info from me in December. There will then be an HOA annual meeting in January. Among other business, there will be a board election at that meeting. If you are interested in serving on the board please contact me.
