2025 UPDATES:

ANNUAL MEETING:

NOTES FROM THE 2025 ANNUAL MEETING are in the secure documents folder.

Our 2025 Annual Meeting will be held on February 19, 2025 at Dahmen's at Hawk's Landing.  Agenda is as follows:

6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Assemble & networking. Order food and beverages, if desired.

7:00 p.m.: Determination of quorum for voting (30 or more members) and call meeting to order.

Meeting Topics

  1. 2024 End of Year Report. (Document emailed and located on our HOA website.)

  2. 2025 Budget. (Document emailed and located on our HOA website.)

  3. 2025 Member Dues Assessment is $100 per lot owned. Due on or before March 15, 2025. (Document emailed and located on our HOA website. Payment by check or Zelle.)

  4. Questions and discussion items for the good of the association.

    1. Election of Board of Directors.

    2. Confirmation of Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors will meet following the Annual Meeting to elect officers for 2025.

If you cannot attend the 2025 Annual Meeting, please consider giving your vote to the board to cast as your proxy. You can do this by emailing the proxy statement in the secure documents folder.

Our Architectural Committee (ACC) Review Form has been revised. The new fillable PDF is located on our Secure Documents Page.

A reminder that everyone must follow the requirements in the Covenants/Restrictions. The ACC form must be completed and submitted to the Pine Hill Farm Home Owners Association Architectural Committee (ACC) before any construction or landscaping is completed.

We recommend that you consult with the committee prior to plan submittal to ensure your design will comply with the review committee's requirements.

Our 2023 PHF HOA annual meeting was held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 6:30 PM at Dahmen's Hawks Landing.

Annual meeting quorum is now 30 members either in person, by proxy or via email vote during the meeting (per amended bylaws). If unable to attend the annual meeting, please consider giving the board your proxy by following the directions on the annual meeting notice. 
Dahmen’s does not charge us for the meeting space so please consider patronizing them by ordering food and/or beverages. The back room is reserved for us starting at 6:30.
