About Pine Hill Farm
Welcome to the Pine Hill Farm Home Owners Association website.

Pine Hill Farm is located on the far West side of Madison, just off Valley View Road and South Point Road.
Pine Hill Farm is indeed a former “tree farm”, and the previous owner’s personal respite, which he cared for and developed for more than 35 years.
During Holley Development's planning and land development process, the focus was on saving the tall timbers and building distinct-looking homes featuring architectural styling and detail, each complementing the environment around it.
Pine Hill Farm has two outlots designated for use as private open space to enjoy. The adjacent development, Linden Park, has several city parks.
