Mailbox Update

UPDATE: We are researching the viability of moving to the next larger-sized mailbox. These are large enough to accept standard Amazon-sized boxes.

PHF HOA Members:

Due to numerous repair and paint issues, the association will be replacing all mailboxes. New mailboxes will be identical to old. It was more cost effective to replace than repair and paint. Current stanchions will remain.

The Board is asking if there are members interested in submitting a bid to do the install for 68 mailboxes. This would involve removal of old, install new and apply one strip adhesive number decal to front of box. If any of you are interested please reply all to Nick, John and Shannon with your qualifications and bid by Monday April 8. Thanks.
