We are having discussions with a horticulturist regarding the trimming and thinning of Outlots 1 & 2. Outlot 2 and other areas in our neighborhood are Vegetation Preservation Zones and thus require a horticulturist consult per our Covenants (Article 10.7, page 12).
>> Due to the size of Outlot 2, the ACC will propose a multi-year clean-up plan and budget. This information will be shared with residents.

FOR BOTH OUTLOTS:
>> Dead trees will be trimmed and removed
>> Invasive plants and bushes will be trimmed and removed

IMMEDIATE ACTION:
The Cedarberry Circle outlot surrounding area will have brush removed and grass mowed in the next two weeks. Thanks to whoever mowed the East side already!
>> We thought the City was taking the brush, but because the circle is an “undeveloped” lot they will not.
>> We are contracting for weekly mowing service

5/15/2016 Reminders:

> Nothing should be placed within the boundaries of or removed from Outlots 1 and 2 without ACC approval or into/from Outlot 3 without city of Madison approval. Outlots 1 and 2 are owned by our HOA and Outlot 3 (the pond area) is owned by the city.
> Our HOA has a landscaping point total stated in our Covenants (Article 10.4, page 11). A you do your spring yard projects, consider adding trees and shrubs if your property has less than the required total.
